As a Travel Experience Specialist at Clio, you will be at the forefront of creating unique and memorable travel experiences for our clients, seamlessly blending adventure, culture, and luxury.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and curate bespoke travel itineraries tailored to individual client preferences
- Forge partnerships with local businesses, lodges, and attractions to develop exclusive travel packages
- Stay updated on regional events, festivals, and activities to offer the latest and most exciting experiences to our clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel experience
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to promote BC as a premier travel destination
- Continuously seek out new opportunities to enhance the travel experience for our clients
Requirements:
- Passion for travel and extensive knowledge of British Columbia's tourism offerings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in creating and delivering exceptional travel experiences
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Relevant experience or education in the hospitality, travel, or related industries
