Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital engagement plans to increase audience participation and outreach
Collaborate with curators and educators to create compelling digital content that showcases our library's rich resources
Manage social media platforms and other digital channels to foster a vibrant online community
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital engagement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Proven track record in digital marketing, social media management, or related areas
Passion for the arts, culture, and knowledge dissemination
Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Experience with digital analytics and audience engagement tools is a plus
