Role Overview:

As a Destination Experience Curator, you will be responsible for shaping unique and memorable travel encounters, harnessing the cultural wealth and natural beauty of the Lombardy region. Your role involves crafting immersive experiences and fostering partnerships to showcase the region's diverse offerings, catering to a global audience.
Your creative input and innovation will be pivotal in elevating our tourist experiences, enhancing the visibility of Lombardy as a top-tier destination in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop curated experiences that reflect the essence and allure of Lombardy, positioning FLIT as a leading influencer in the travel sector.
Foster strategic collaborations with local businesses, artisans, and cultural institutions to create authentic and immersive experiences for travelers.
Implement digital strategies to promote these curated experiences, effectively engaging with international audiences and influencers.
Collaborate with our internal innovation teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies such as AR, VR, and AI into the visitor experience, revolutionizing the way travelers engage with destinations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in the tourism, hospitality, or cultural sectors, with a deep understanding of the evolving trends and preferences of modern travelers.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster productive relationships with diverse stakeholders and partners.
A creative and innovative mindset, coupled with a strong business acumen to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
