Position Available: Community Wellness Program Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute community-based wellness initiatives to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
- Collaborate with local organizations and leaders to create a supportive and inclusive environment for community members of all backgrounds.
- Develop and manage programs that promote recreational activities, mindfulness, and overall well-being within the community.
- Evaluate the impact of wellness programs and make data-driven recommendations for continual improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and events that celebrate diversity and emphasize the importance of inclusivity in sports and fitness.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Community Development, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in program coordination, community engagement, or a related area.
- Passion for promoting wellness and fostering an inclusive environment for individuals of all backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and leaders from various communities.
