Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for sustainable resource management in rural communities
Collaborate with local stakeholders and agricultural enterprises to promote environmentally friendly practices
Conduct environmental impact assessments and provide recommendations for resource conservation
Advise on land use planning initiatives and agricultural diversification projects
Facilitate capacity building programs to enhance sustainable agriculture and rural development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, or related field
Proven experience in sustainable resource management, preferably in agricultural/rural contexts
Strong understanding of environmental policies and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Passion for promoting sustainable development and conservation
