Position: Policy and Compliance Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with relevant legislation and regulations
Monitor, analyze, and interpret legal and regulatory changes impacting housing programs
Assess compliance with legal requirements and recommend necessary adjustments
Conduct research and prepare reports on housing policy matters
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and compliance across different programs and initiatives
Provide advice and guidance on legal matters related to housing policies and programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks
Excellent analytical and research skills
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
