Position: Sustainable Food Advisor

About the Role:

As a Sustainable Food Advisor at the Friuli-Venezia Artisanal Pasta Co-op, you will play a crucial role in promoting sustainable practices, ensuring the highest quality standards, and fostering a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Advising on sustainable sourcing and production methods
Developing and implementing environmentally-friendly initiatives
Monitoring and optimizing energy efficiency in our production facilities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our sustainability efforts
Educating employees and customers about sustainable food practices
Contributing to the development of a greener supply chain

You have a deep understanding of sustainability practices in the food industry

Prior experience in sustainability or a related field is preferred
