Our Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital engagement strategies.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and advertising capabilities.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail when creating engaging content.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the aerospace or defense industry is a plus.
