Role Description:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Multicultural Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and organizing multicultural events, experiences, and initiatives that engage our employees, customers, and the community at large. Through your efforts, you will strengthen the sense of belonging and appreciation for diversity within our company.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify various cultural practices, traditions, and events relevant to our local community.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute multicultural events and activities.
Coordinate with external partners to ensure successful implementation of multicultural initiatives and sponsorships.
Create marketing materials and communicate effectively to promote multicultural events to the public.
Evaluate the impact of multicultural initiatives and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Coordinate diversity and inclusion training sessions for employees.
Develop localized strategies to attract and retain a diverse talent pool.
Stay updated on multicultural trends and integrate relevant concepts into our company culture.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in event planning, project coordination, or a related field.
A strong passion for multiculturalism, diversity, and inclusion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Creativity and an innovative mindset to develop engaging multicultural experiences.
Knowledge of local cultural practices and customs in Sweden.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
