Job Responsibilities:
Represent clients in Federal claims cases, providing legal advice and guidance
Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues
Develop case strategies and present arguments effectively in court
Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties
Stay updated on federal laws, regulations, and precedents
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal procedures

Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the Nevada State Bar Association
Proven experience in Federal claims litigation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
