Job Position: Innovation Associate (Pets & Animals)

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with our R&D team to conceptualize pioneering solutions for pet care
Research and analyze industry trends to identify potential areas for improvement
Design and develop new products that enhance the well-being of pets
Test and evaluate prototypes, ensuring their efficacy and safety standards
Provide technical support to colleagues and customers regarding our innovative offerings
Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and provide input

Your Qualifications:

A deep passion for pets and animals, with an understanding of their unique needs and challenges
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as veterinary science, biology, or a related discipline
Experience in product development or innovation, preferably within the pet care industry
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively in order to find groundbreaking solutions
Excellent research abilities and an analytical mindset
Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in technical software and tools related to product design or development
