Position: Digital Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative digital engagement strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation across various online platforms.
Create captivating and unique content for our websites, social media channels, blogs, and other digital communication channels.
Monitor and manage online communities, fostering positive user experiences and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and feedback.
Analyze digital marketing campaigns and engagement metrics to optimize performance, drive conversions, and improve overall customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding, messaging, and consistent use of voice and tone across all digital platforms.
Stay updated with emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies, recommending innovative approaches to further enhance our digital presence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in managing digital content, social media, or online community engagement.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and analytics tools.
Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and data analysis.
Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to inspire and engage target audiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively and meeting deadlines.
Passion for the hospitality industry and a thorough understanding of Sarova Hotels, Resorts & Game Lodges' brand and ethos.
