As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for fostering meaningful connections between our organization, government entities, and the local community. This role offers a unique blend of advocacy, outreach, and project management within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to engage with relevant government bodies and nonprofit organizations
Organize community events, workshops, and collaborative initiatives
Conduct research on social issues and stakeholder interests
Create and maintain partnerships with community leaders and influencers
Plan and execute awareness campaigns to promote our mission
Coordinate volunteers and manage community-driven projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in community engagement, government relations, or nonprofit work
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for social and environmental causes
Fluency in both written and spoken English and German
