About the Role:

As a Sustainable Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain processes to minimize environmental impact while maximizing efficiency. Your primary focus will be on assessing and implementing sustainable practices within our logistics and transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with suppliers and transportation partners to promote sustainable sourcing and distribution methods
Analyze current supply chain procedures and recommend eco-friendly alternatives
Develop and implement strategies to reduce carbon emissions and waste within the transportation network
Evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to sustainable transportation and logistics

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, or related field
Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably with a focus on sustainability
Strong understanding of environmental impact within the transportation and logistics sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Passion for environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility
