Community Engagement Specialist

Aguas de Murcia is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic team player to serve as our Community Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging community programs that promote health and well-being within the region. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for connecting with local residents and promoting active lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute community events and activities that align with our commitment to promoting health and wellness
Collaborate with local organizations and leaders to create partnerships that enhance community outreach efforts
Develop and maintain relationships with diverse groups and individuals to ensure inclusivity in all programs
Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and social media content to support community engagement initiatives
Evaluate the success of engagement programs and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
Proven experience in community engagement, event planning, or related areas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for promoting health and well-being within diverse communities
Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
