Job Title: Advanced Technologist - Aerospace Innovation

We are currently seeking an Advanced Technologist with a passion for creative problem-solving and a background in merging technology and design within the aerospace industry. This role entails:

Identifying and evaluating new technologies and trends within the Art/Design field relevant to aerospace applications
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to conceptualize and develop next-generation aircraft cabin interiors
Researching, prototyping, and testing new concepts to enhance passenger experience, ergonomics, and aesthetics
Implementing advanced technologies, such as virtual reality, 3D printing, and intelligent material solutions, into the design process
Contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes, methodologies, and tools
Keeping up-to-date with industry standards, advances in materials, and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Engineering, Industrial Design, Human Factors, etc.)
Experience working in the aerospace industry with exposure to Art/Design principles and practices
Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of advanced technologies relevant to aerospace design
Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
Ability to think creatively and propose innovative ideas while considering feasibility and practicality
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients
