Your role as a Senior Systems Architect will be vital in guaranteeing the seamless integration of new technology solutions into our existing framework, ensuring optimal functionality and performance for our users and staff. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of innovative, efficient, and sustainable systems, directly impacting the core of our operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement software systems and applications that support the Academy's objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the needs of the Academy
Oversee the integration of multiple systems and applications on different platforms
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff
Ensure the security and integrity of the Academy's information systems

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field
Proven expertise in software development, system architecture, and IT operations
Strong understanding of cloud computing, system security, and data management
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
Outstanding communication and collaborative abilities
Previous experience in a similar role within the educational or arts sector would be advantageous
