Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
Implement best design practices and stay updated with industry trends and advancements
Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the visual and interactive elements of our products and services

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated experience in user interface design, interaction design, and information architecture
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar applications
Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A portfolio showcasing your design projects and process
