As part of our ongoing commitment to the safety and security of our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Security Operations Specialist.

Job Overview: The Security Operations Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing security measures to safeguard the organization's personnel, assets, and operations. This individual will work closely with our leadership team to develop and maintain comprehensive security protocols that align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough risk assessments and security audits of our facilities and operational areas.
Develop and implement effective security policies and procedures to mitigate potential risks and threats.
Monitor and analyze security data to identify trends and proactively address security concerns.
Collaborate with external security agencies and local law enforcement to coordinate emergency response efforts.
Provide ongoing security awareness training and education to all staff members to ensure compliance with security protocols.
Manage and maintain security systems, including surveillance equipment, access controls, and alarm systems.
Respond to and investigate security incidents or breaches, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
Stay informed about emerging security technologies and industry developments to enhance our security posture.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in security management, military, law enforcement, or related fields.
Demonstrated knowledge of security best practices and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Relevant certifications in security management, risk assessment, or related disciplines are preferred.
Fluency in English and Italian is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
