Responsibilities:

Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of financial analysis and reporting.
