We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Creative Experience Curator at the Association of Women for Action and Research (AWARE) in Singapore's Central South Region. As a Creative Experience Curator, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering impactful narratives that resonate with our audience. Your responsibilities will include curating and producing engaging content, fostering strategic partnerships, and crafting immersive experiences that elevate our advocacy work. We are looking for someone with a strong knack for storytelling, a deep understanding of audience engagement, and a pulse on the latest cultural trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative content strategies that amplify our mission
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure impactful storytelling through various media
- Pioneer innovative approaches to engage and inspire our community
- Conceptualize and oversee the production of compelling visual and written content
- Identify and nurture partnerships that enhance our outreach efforts
- Stay abreast of industry trends and propose fresh ideas for content creation and distribution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record in content creation, marketing, or similar roles
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- A keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense
- A passion for advocacy and a deep commitment to gender equality
- Experience working within a diverse and inclusive environment
