Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Heritage Protection Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing security measures to safeguard our valuable cultural assets. You will work closely with our staff to ensure the protection of our exhibits, archives, and historical sites.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive security protocols for the Cultural Center
Monitor and enforce security procedures to prevent unauthorized access
Collaborate with external security agencies as needed
Conduct risk assessments and maintain emergency preparedness plans
Supervise the installation and maintenance of security systems
Stay informed about current security trends and technology

Requirements:

Proven experience in security management or related field
Strong understanding of cultural heritage preservation
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
