Namaqualand Railways, located in the heart of the Northern Cape, is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic Community Wellness Coordinator to help drive employee health and well-being initiatives.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a healthy and supportive work environment
- Coordinate health education programs and workshops
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers to ensure access to quality care for employees
- Facilitate employee assistance programs and support services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in community health or wellness programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
