Role Overview:
As our Sustainability & Community Engagement Manager, you will lead our initiatives to ensure that our business practices are environmentally conscious and socially responsible. Your role will involve creating and implementing strategies to promote sustainability, overseeing community outreach programs, and establishing partnerships with local organizations to further our impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sustainability plans to minimize our ecological footprint
- Coordinate community engagement events and volunteer activities
- Collaborate with local stakeholders and environmental groups
- Educate and inspire employees and customers about sustainable practices
- Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, business, or related field
- Proven experience in sustainability, community engagement, or corporate social responsibility
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for environmental conservation and community welfare
