Position Available: Environmental Emergency Response Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and respond to environmental emergencies, including natural disasters, industrial accidents, and hazardous material spills
Assess and mitigate environmental risks in collaboration with local authorities and environmental agencies
Develop and implement emergency response plans to protect natural habitats, water sources, and wildlife
Lead training sessions for staff and first responders on best practices in environmental emergency response
Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about environmental hazards and emergency preparedness

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Emergency Management, or related field
Prior experience in emergency response, environmental protection, or related fields
Strong understanding of environmental regulations, risk assessment, and emergency planning
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations
