Position: Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Are you passionate about ensuring corporate compliance with laws and regulations? Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and possess a strong understanding of governmental regulations and industry standards. In this role, you will work closely with our legal team to assess and mitigate compliance risks while fostering a culture of ethical business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Design and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and address compliance issues
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
- Provide training on compliance-related matters
- Generate reports for management and regulatory authorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Thorough knowledge of legal requirements and controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) a plus
