Position: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Are you passionate about ensuring corporate compliance with laws and regulations? Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and possess a strong understanding of governmental regulations and industry standards. In this role, you will work closely with our legal team to assess and mitigate compliance risks while fostering a culture of ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret changes in relevant laws and regulations
Design and implement compliance policies and procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and address compliance issues
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
Provide training on compliance-related matters
Generate reports for management and regulatory authorities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
Thorough knowledge of legal requirements and controls
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) a plus
