Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance across multiple investment centers.
Lead and mentor a team of regional managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience, ensuring consistency and quality across all locations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational processes with business objectives and industry best practices.
Analyze performance metrics and financial data to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring a culture of integrity and accountability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a multi-unit operational environment, preferably within the financial services or related industry.
Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, implement process improvements, and achieve strategic objectives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
