Your Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with local farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and rural community leaders.
Organize educational workshops and events to promote sustainable agricultural practices and raise awareness about healthcare resources.
Collaborate with local organizations and government agencies to support initiatives aimed at improving healthcare access and agricultural sustainability.
Facilitate dialogue and engagement between Bausch Health and rural communities, ensuring that their needs and concerns are heard and addressed.

Qualifications:

A strong background in community outreach, agriculture, or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse communities.
Understanding of agricultural practices, rural development, and healthcare challenges in rural areas.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
