Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive venue enhancement strategies that align with the evolving needs of the entertainment industry.
Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with sports organizations, talented performers, and influential entertainment figures to enrich the offerings within our venues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative event and entertainment concepts that captivate audiences and maximize revenue potential.
Continuously assess market trends and customer preferences to forecast demands and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Oversee the planning, execution, and post-event assessment of high-impact live events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
