Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable retail strategies that align with the company's social responsibility goals.
Foster and maintain relationships with retail partners, ensuring alignment with sustainable practices.
Identify opportunities to promote environmental and social responsibility within retail environments.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainable practices into retail operations and marketing efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sustainable retail engagement.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to sustainability initiatives in retail.
Contribute to the development of corporate sustainability reports and presentations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field.
Proven experience in retail management, business development, or corporate sustainability.
Strong understanding of environmental and social sustainability concepts as they relate to the retail industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to drive change and influence others towards sustainable practices.
Passion for environmental conservation and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Proficiency in project management and data analysis.
