As an International Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the movement of goods and materials across the global supply chain, ensuring efficient and timely delivery. You will work closely with international vendors, carriers, and internal teams to manage international shipments, customs compliance, and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate global transportation activities, including overseeing import/export processes and managing international carriers and freight forwarders.
Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address any potential delays or disruptions to ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and reduce lead times, while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Manage compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements, staying up-to-date with changes in global trade policies.
Support the implementation of innovative supply chain strategies to optimize global operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in international operations, logistics, or supply chain management with a strong understanding of global trade and transportation processes.
Proficiency in utilizing transportation management systems and familiarity with customs regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse cultural and geographical boundaries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset towards continuous improvement.
