As a pioneer in marine biomedicine research, FLIRMB is dedicated to exploring the diverse and largely untapped healthcare potential of marine organisms. Your role as Lead Researcher will involve overseeing and conducting groundbreaking studies that bridge the gap between marine biology and human medicine, ultimately driving the development of new pharmaceuticals and treatment modalities.

Responsibilities:

Design and lead research projects focused on the therapeutic applications of marine-derived compounds
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess the potential clinical impact of marine biomedicine innovations
Establish and maintain partnerships with industry leaders to advance marine biomedicine product development
Publish findings in top-tier scientific journals and present results at international conferences
Supervise and mentor research staff, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and innovation

Requirements:

Ph.D. in Biological Sciences, Pharmacology, or related fields
Proven track record of research and publication in the fields of marine biology, pharmacology, or related disciplines
Demonstrated leadership and project management experience
Expertise in marine organism biology and the extraction of bioactive compounds
Strong communication and collaboration skills
