Job Opening: Strategic Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead strategic initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of our defense solutions division
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive innovation
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the performance and effectiveness of our defense-focused products
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the defense industry
Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field
Proven experience in strategic development or related roles within the defense or security sector
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving tangible results
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
