As a Cultural Experience Curator, you will be responsible for curating unique and inclusive experiences that celebrate the diversity of our visitors. You will work closely with our team to create tailor-made experiences that honor the cultural heritage of our guests, while providing exceptional customer service and sales support. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a vital role in ensuring that every visitor feels respected, represented, and welcomed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and curate culturally immersive experiences that resonate with a diverse audience
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to ensure seamless delivery of custom experiences
- Provide guidance and support to visitors while promoting inclusivity and diversity
- Contribute to the development of culturally sensitive sales and marketing strategies
