We are looking for individuals with a passion for exploration and a love for the great outdoors. Sächsischer Bergsteigerbund is currently seeking a Mountain Excursion Specialist to join our team in Saxony, Germany.

Responsibilities:

Planning and leading mountain excursions, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants
Training and guiding individuals in rock climbing, trekking, and other outdoor activities
Providing exceptional customer service to our members and participants
Maintaining and organizing equipment and resources for excursions
Contributing to the development of new excursions and outdoor programs

Requirements:

Proven experience in leading outdoor expeditions or similar activities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and independently in a dynamic outdoor environment
First aid and safety certifications are a plus
A genuine passion for outdoor activities and a commitment to promoting environmental stewardship
