Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand and address their architectural needs
  • Design and plan healthcare facilities with a focus on creating soothing and therapeutic environments
  • Utilize sustainable and energy-efficient design practices to enhance the overall healing environment
  • Assist in the selection of materials and finishes that promote cleanliness, safety, and a sense of calm
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and codes
  • Contribute to the development of evidence-based design strategies for healing spaces

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Proven experience in architectural design, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Demonstrated understanding of the psychological and physiological impacts of architectural design on patients and healthcare staff
  • Familiarity with BIM software and other relevant design tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for creating environments that support health and healing
