As the Rural Development Specialist, you will lead and assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative rural development programs and initiatives. Your primary focus will be to identify and address the unique challenges facing rural Alaskan communities, devising sustainable solutions that promote the growth of local agriculture, economic diversification, and community resilience.
