Job Responsibilities:

Act as a bridge between employees from diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering understanding, and promoting collaboration
Organize cultural awareness training programs and events to celebrate different traditions and customs
Provide guidance and support to employees from various cultural backgrounds to ensure a harmonious work environment
Collaborate with HR and management teams to implement policies that reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion
Develop initiatives to promote cross-cultural communication and understanding within the organization

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a multicultural work environment
Strong understanding and respect for various cultural practices and customs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
