Position Available: Nature Ambassador
Role Overview: As a Nature Ambassador, you will be part of a team that advocates for sustainable practices, engages the local community in environmental initiatives, and represents our commitment to preserving the beauty of South Dakota's natural landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead eco-friendly tours showcasing the region's breathtaking scenery and promoting responsible tourism
- Collaborate with local conservation organizations to support environmental restoration efforts
- Educate visitors on eco-friendly practices and the importance of sustainable living
- Participate in environmental clean-up and preservation activities
Qualifications:
- A passion for the environment and a dedication to conservation
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of local flora and fauna, as well as environmental conservation principles
- Experience in community engagement or outdoor education is a plus
