Key Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing personalized performance enhancement programs
Conducting fitness assessments and developing tailored training plans
Providing expert guidance on injury prevention and recovery
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize client outcomes
Staying updated on the latest trends and research in performance enhancement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
Certification from a recognized professional organization (e.g., NSCA, ACSM, NASM)
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing performance enhancement strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for continuous learning and professional development
