We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team at Egilsstadir Community Wellness Center in the Eastern Region of Iceland. We are looking for a Production Operations Coordinator responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of our facility's operational activities related to product development, process optimization, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, process improvement, and quality control within a manufacturing environment. As a Production Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our production processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing workflow processes, and implementing quality management systems. The successful candidate will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in production operations or manufacturing management

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus
