Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and provide assistance
- Ensure that the customer journey is smooth, efficient, and enjoyable, from initial contact through to post-purchase support
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the development of customer service strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer insights and contribute to product and service improvements
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
