As a Wellness Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing fitness initiatives, promoting healthy habits, and organizing wellness activities for our employees. This role requires a strong understanding of exercise science, nutrition, and overall wellness practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven ability to motivate and inspire others.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive wellness programs that align with company objectives
Organize fitness challenges, workshops, and seminars to promote physical and mental well-being
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure wellness initiatives meet the diverse needs of our employees
Educate employees on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and provide resources for achieving wellness goals
Facilitate fitness assessments and personalized exercise plans
Manage wellness-related documentation and provide regular reports on program effectiveness

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, or a related field
Certification in Fitness Instruction or Personal Training
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing wellness programs
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Passion for promoting health and wellness in the workplace
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities
