SandRidge Energy is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Wellness Program Coordinator. With a focus on employee well-being and professional development, the successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for enhancing the health and fitness levels of our workforce.
As a Wellness Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing fitness initiatives, promoting healthy habits, and organizing wellness activities for our employees. This role requires a strong understanding of exercise science, nutrition, and overall wellness practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven ability to motivate and inspire others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive wellness programs that align with company objectives
- Organize fitness challenges, workshops, and seminars to promote physical and mental well-being
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure wellness initiatives meet the diverse needs of our employees
- Educate employees on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and provide resources for achieving wellness goals
- Facilitate fitness assessments and personalized exercise plans
- Manage wellness-related documentation and provide regular reports on program effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, or a related field
- Certification in Fitness Instruction or Personal Training
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing wellness programs
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Passion for promoting health and wellness in the workplace
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities
