Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Operations Manager. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing the seamless flow of products and materials from suppliers to our distribution centers within the Central District. As part of our growing team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our logistical operations while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services
Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs
Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to transportation and logistics
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field
Proven work experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or transportation
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficient in relevant software and tools for supply chain management
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
