Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in financial services, particularly in the rural or agricultural sector.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strong track record of driving initiatives in rural finance and economic development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
