We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as the Sustainable Operations Manager at Chick-fil-A in Nevada. As a Sustainable Operations Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to drive sustainable practices within our organization, with a focus on environmental impact reduction and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement initiatives to reduce environmental impact and enhance energy efficiency throughout our operations.
Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainable practices into our day-to-day business operations.
Monitor and analyze energy consumption, waste generation, and greenhouse gas emissions to identify areas for improvement.
Evaluate and recommend the adoption of sustainable technologies and practices.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Lead and educate team members on the importance of sustainable practices and the role each individual plays in our environmental efforts.
Establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations, vendors, and industry networks to further our sustainability goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing sustainability initiatives within a corporate or organizational setting.
Strong understanding of energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable business practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
