Position Available: Multicultural Hospitality Liaison

Swedish Tourist Association in Jämtlands län is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Multicultural Hospitality Liaison. This individual will be responsible for fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all visitors and ensuring that our offerings represent the multicultural essence of both Sweden and our global community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to enhance the diverse cultural experience for all guests
- Establish partnerships with local cultural organizations and businesses to enrich our services
- Contribute to the creation of culturally sensitive marketing materials and programs
- Advise on the integration of multicultural elements in our facilities and services
- Lead training sessions to educate staff on multicultural awareness and inclusivity
- Support in the development of tailored tourist experiences reflecting different cultural backgrounds
Requirements:
- Deep understanding and passion for multiculturalism and diversity
- Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to promote multicultural experiences
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
