Current Opportunity: Retail Development Specialist

We are currently seeking a Retail Development Specialist to join our team in Valencia. As a Retail Development Specialist, your role will involve working closely with our network of partners, fostering positive relationships, and driving the development of retail activities within the industry. You will have the opportunity to engage with diverse stakeholders, leading the exploration of new market opportunities and strategies to enhance brand presence and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with franchise owners and retail chains to align business objectives and strategies.
Develop and implement retail expansion plans in coordination with our international partners.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to drive successful retail initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to franchisees regarding product assortment, merchandising, and brand messaging.
Conduct regular assessments and reviews to optimize performance and maximize sales outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in retail management, franchise development, or related roles within the fashion or consumer goods industry.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with a focus on achieving measurable results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to engage effectively with a culturally diverse audience.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a significant advantage.
