We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team at Myvatn Nature Reserve in Iceland's Northeastern Region. As a Nature Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer experiences and promoting our unique range of nature-inspired products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with visitors to provide expert guidance on our nature reserve's offerings
Assist customers in selecting the most suitable products and services to enhance their nature experience
Contribute to the development of innovative retail strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Maintain a deep understanding of our product range and the natural environment to effectively communicate their value to customers
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer journey
