Responsibilities:

Design and conduct market research and statistical analysis to support organizational decision-making.
Utilize data to develop insights that will drive business decisions and help to address challenges within the community.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Conduct thorough data validation and provide accurate and timely reports based on findings.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in research and statistical analysis.
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field with a focus on research and statistical analysis.
Proven experience in conducting market research, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
Proficiency in statistical software, database management, and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
